Updated slides, VPN access, and Exercise 2
Today’s slides have been updated according to the presented version. Particular the discussed statements in the beginning of today’s lecture have been added.
For the exercises you need to access the faculty’s GitLab server. While this can be accessed directly from within the university’s network, e.g., in the PC labs or while being connected to eduroam, you require to connect to the VPN if you want to access it from the outside. A documentation of the university’s VPN can be found at the University’s Confluence page.

The second exercise sheet will be published next week and the deadline is going to be on May 14. This allows that all exercise groups to have at least two exercise sessions before the submission deadline. (Keep in mind that next week’s exercise sessions won’t take place because of the Fachbereichtstag.
