Another bugfix for the Python client

Two more bugs have been found in the provided Python client for exercise sheet 03. (Thanks to the reporters.) The functions of updating rooms and clearing the database were not working as expected. Both bugs have been fixed now and an update has been pushed to your repositories. Do a git pull in order to get the latest version.
